I moved to Tallahassee, from out of state, in July 2024 for a new job and toured many apartment complexes, but Capital Walk stood out—especially thanks to Angela Barr. It checked all my boxes. From the moment you pull in and see the beautiful fountain, the community feels inviting. The grounds are well-maintained with mature trees, and the apartments feel more like vacation condos with high ceilings, open floorplans, and spacious bedrooms. I chose a unit with a balcony, which I love. The amenities are nice—there’s a large pool, hot tub, pet-friendly features including a grooming area and dog park, and plenty of waste stations. Parking is easy, with ample spaces, visitor areas, and a convenient QR code check-in system. I also appreciate not having assigned spots. I just renewed my lease for another year—Capital Walk is a safe, attractive, and reasonably priced place to live and call home.

Friendly, helpful staff always willing to help you no matter the issue. I’ve lived here for over a year and Angela in the front office has always been accommodating when I have any questions. Peaceful and beautiful campus with plenty of room for resident and visitor parking and walking dogs. Highly recommend this place if your looking for a peaceful experience

I can’t say enough great things about Capital Walk Luxury Apartments! From the beautifully maintained grounds to the thoughtfully designed interiors, this community truly lives up to its name. The amenities are top-notch, the location is super convenient, and everything is kept spotless and secure, a beautiful gated community.
What really sets Capital Walk apart, though, is the incredible staff. Angela, Glenn, and Jessica go above and beyond to make this place feel like home. Angela, property manager, is always warm and welcoming, assist with our needs, and plans innovative community wide events monthly. Glenn handles future and current residents with impressive speed and skill with a big smile. Jessica is the definition of professional and caring, with sparkling sprinkles of charisma. Together, they create a community vibe that’s hard to find anywhere else.
The clubhouse is spectacular, accentuating the pool and jacuzzi. To top it off, to keep out summer bodies right, there is a 24 hour gym. This community is super pet friendly and even has a special spa for them.
If you’re looking for a luxury living experience backed by a truly dedicated team, look no further. Capital Walk is the best choice you can make!
